Effective July 4, 2026
HutHut ("the app," "we," "us") is a fantasy football assistant. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with your data.
| Service | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, and hosting |
| Anthropic (Claude) | Powers Prime's answers and roster-screenshot reading |
| RevenueCat | Subscription management |
| Apple / Google | Sign-in and payment processing |
| Expo | Push notification delivery |
| PostHog | Product analytics |
| Sentry | Crash and error reporting |
Sports data (stats, news, projections) comes from licensed and public sports-data sources and contains no personal information about you.
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). Deletion removes your account, roster, watchlist, chat history, push tokens, and usage records from our database immediately and permanently.
Where your account has a revocable Sign in with Apple credential, we revoke it as part of the deletion. Accounts created before this version of the app may not have one, and you can always revoke our access yourself in your Apple ID settings (Sign-In and Security, Sign in with Apple).
At deletion time we also request deletion of your billing profile at our subscription processor (RevenueCat) and of your analytics profile and its recorded events (PostHog). Those requests complete at each vendor on its own schedule, so they are not instant. Your store subscription itself is managed and cancelled through the App Store or Google Play; deleting your account does not cancel it.
Crash and diagnostic reports cannot be deleted individually. They expire on our error tracker's retention schedule (up to 90 days at Sentry), and until they expire they still carry an internal account identifier.
Player observations you contributed are anonymized rather than deleted: they are notes about players, not about you, so they stay in the shared knowledge Prime draws on with your account identifier removed.
We keep one narrow internal record of a deletion: your account identifier and, where an Apple revocation still has to be retried, the credential needed to retry it. It exists only until the outstanding request completes, and is then purged.
HutHut is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes materially, we'll note it in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
