HutHut Terms of Service

Effective July 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of the HutHut app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

What HutHut is (and isn't)

HutHut provides fantasy football information, analysis, and AI-generated advice. It is for informational and entertainment purposes only:

• HutHut is not a gambling or betting service and does not accept, place, or pay out wagers of any kind.
• Advice, projections, rankings, and AI answers are opinions, not guarantees. Stats and news may contain errors or arrive late. You are responsible for your own lineup, draft, and league decisions.
• HutHut is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, any team, or any player.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to consent to these terms where you live).
• Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

Subscriptions

• HutHut Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID (or Google Play account). It renews automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from the next renewal.
• Payment is processed entirely by Apple/Google under their terms (Apple's standard EULA).

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its data feeds; no using Prime to generate unlawful or harassing content; no reselling app content or data.

Content and ownership

• Your roster, watchlist, and questions remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to run the service.
• The app, its design, models, data compilations, and AI outputs are provided as-is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on app content (including AI-generated advice). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
